Status
This page will carry live state for all nine regions and every shared service, and an incident write-up for anything that goes wrong. It is not wired to our monitoring yet, so it reports nothing. A status page that shows numbers it did not measure is worse than one that shows none.
Compute
Uplink capacity is a property of the build and is accurate. Status and uptime columns stay empty until monitoring feeds them.

Root cause and remediation for each, written by whoever fixed it. We do not use the phrase “a small number of customers”.
There is no incident history on this page yet. That is a statement about what we have published, not a claim that nothing has ever failed — read it as an empty archive rather than a clean record. Every report that does appear here will carry a date, a region, a duration, a root cause and what we changed afterwards.
Subscribe without telling us who you are
Status notifications will be available by feed, webhook, Matrix and XMPP. There is no email list, because an email list is a list of customers.
The feed and the polling endpoint are not up yet, so there is nothing to subscribe to and we are not going to print a URL that returns a 404. Matrix is the one channel that works today: #status:matrix.vpsden.com.
When this page is live it will be served from infrastructure that is deliberately not ours — if our network is down, a status page hosted on it would be down too. It is also covered by the SLA, which pays credits automatically rather than on request.
