Where the hardware actually is.
Not where the company is registered. Not a reseller's rack in someone else's building with a flag next to it. We own the hardware in six of these nine regions and we name the upstreams in all of them.

The best-connected node we operate, one cross-connect from AMS-IX. It is also the region we tell you to avoid if your threat model is adversarial: read its jurisdiction row before picking it.

Expected round-trip times
Estimates, not measurements: we run no probe fleet, so nothing below has been timed end to end. They come from cable and peering geography and are meant as an order-of-magnitude guide. Reykjavík is closer to New York than Frankfurt is, and the reason is Greenland Connect — the cable that leaves Iceland westward for Greenland and carries on to Newfoundland, instead of doubling back through mainland Europe first.

A per-region looking glass with a test file, an MTR endpoint and live BGP state is planned and not yet built, so there is nothing to link to here and we are not going to link to something that would time out. Until it exists, measure from your own vantage point and hold us to what you find.
